Join Valeria Mosca and Stefano Tusoni from Wooding Lab along with Garret Chan from tealeaves.com, and Samuel Chereskin from Misadventures as these wild mixologists prepare cocktails from teas infused with local, sustainably-foraged herbs. This cocktail experience enables attendees to to taste first-hand, the complex knowledge imparted to Valeria from her grand-father's foraging techniques, combined with modern sustainably-produced vodka produced from discarded bakery goods, together with specially fermented tea leaves. This is a once in a lifetime libation experience to be sure.
