Food circular economies involve reuse and repurposing of food processing "waste" streams. This panel explores the use of ingredients for beverage making as well as the normally discarded remnants of beverage processing for tcreation of novel foods. Attendees will learn about flour made grains "spent" in the brewing process, beer made from bread -- and analogous circular processes for products like coffee)--and will have the opportunity to try these tasty products and rate their flavor experience in a digital app.
