Cheryl’s major focus is to conceive, develop and implement cluster development programs guided by the sustainable development goals (SDGs), with resilient outcomes for complex value chain systems. Programs involve new technologies and methods for simple, affordable and scalable solutions for food waste reduction, development of “smarter packaging” and improved stewardship of environmental resources. Cheryl develops integrated strategies for the Vivia Foundation’s project initiatives worldwide, specifically in Europe, India and the United States. Cheryl is a graduate of UC Davis in Environmental Design and Applied Behavioral Sciences and has served on various UC Davis leadership boards during the past 22 years.
